I started this because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners dealing with slow, impersonal, and overpriced IT support. They'd call a big provider and wait four days. They'd hire a freelancer and never hear from them again. Or they'd sign a managed IT contract that cost more than their rent.
There's a better way. You get one number to call. One person who picks up. Someone who already knows your setup because I was there last time.
I handle remote and on-site support for businesses with 1-50 employees. Response time is 2 hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. If I can't fix it remotely, I come to you.
